"오늘은 경기도 김해의 벼꽃농부에서 특별한 체험을 해봤습니다! 첫 번째는 **금쌀 고추장 만들기**! 김포 금쌀로 만든 조청, 황매실청, 천일염, 메주가루, 고춧가루까지 완벽하게 준비된 재료들! 참가자들은 그저 다 넣고 슥슥 섞기만 하면 건강한 고추장이 뚝딱! 간단하지만 직접 만든 고추장을 집에 가져가 숙성 후 먹어보니… 와, 그 맛이 예술이더라고요! 외국인들도 엄청 신기해하며 즐겼답니다. 두 번째는 **인절미 떡메치기** 체험! ‘백지장도 둘이 맞들면 낫다’는 속담처럼, 떡매도 둘이 치니 훨씬 더 재미있고 신나더라고요! 협동하며 완성한 떡, 얼마나 맛있게요? 체험 후 인절미 시식은 정말 꿀맛이었답니다. 맛있는 추억과 재미가 가득했던 하루, 여러분도 꼭 경험해보세요! 감사합니다!"

This is about a fun experience at Byeokkot Farmer in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, where we tried making "Geumssal" gochujang (red pepper paste) and pounding rice cakes (injeolmi). For the gochujang experience, all the ingredients were prepared for us: rice syrup made from Gimpo's Geumssal rice, red plum syrup, sea salt, soybean powder, and red pepper powder. Participants only needed to pour everything each and stir with a spoon to create the gochujang. It was a simple yet satisfying activity that allowed us to make healthy food ourselves. After fermenting it at home, the taste was absolutely amazing! Even international participants were fascinated by the experience. Next came the injeolmi rice cake pounding. As the saying goes, "Two heads are better than one," pounding rice cakes in pairs made the process more fun and exciting. This hands-on activity not only showed the importance of teamwork but also turned into a lively, enjoyable moment.
